OrthoRelief Plus 30-Day Return Policy
At OrthoRelief Plus, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Return:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation (manuals, warranty cards, etc.).
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure protection during transit.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that show signs of wear or damage.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Final sale or clearance items.
Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at support@novasync.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refund Processing: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@OrthoReliefPlus.com for a resolution, including a replacement or refund.
